- The book must evoke the spirit of New York City, with the city playing an essential, invigorating
role beyond that of the setting.
- To nominate a book, fill out the included form and send it and one copy (or advance reader's copy for non-illustrated books) to the Library at the address below. Please indicate 'New York City Book Awards' in the attention line.
