Pascal N. Smith

Biography 
Pascal N. Smith was a New York City merchant with the firm Sears & Smith. He was one of the original subscribers of capital stock for the Manhattan Company, the second bank that was created in New York at 40 Wall Street in 1799. Smith was a member of the Society of the New-York Hospital and the Marine Society of the City of New York. He also served as a vice-president of the Chamber of Commerce of the State of New York in 1785.
