Poet and performance artist Linda Ravenswood brings the tactile pleasures of typewriters to a drop-in poetry event. Ms. Ravenswood will share on-the-spot typed poems and lead visitors in creating their own hand/heart-made writing.

Visitors are welcome to drop in anytime between 2:00 and 3:30 PM to join in or observe. Light refreshments will be served.

Linda Ravenswood has been a finalist for Poet Laureate of Los Angeles and of West Hollywood, and twice nominated for the Pushcart Prize for Poetry. Her play Unrepresentable will be part of the Players Theater Short Plays Festival June 8-11.
