Ellen Feldman and Richard Snow, Loves and Perils of World War II
In this event, acclaimed novelist Ellen Feldman and celebrated historian Richard Snow discuss the struggles and rewards of writing about World War II. Feldman's book Next to Love follows the lives of three young women and their men during the years of the war and its aftermath. Richard Snow's A Measureless Peril brings to life America's role in the struggle for the Atlantic, the longest continuous battle in modern history.
