MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Membership in the New York Society Library is open to all on payment of a moderate fee. Information about library services, membership privileges and categories, and annual fees is available at the front desk, where an application and brochure may also be obtained.

Use of the Library by Non-Members:

The Reference Room on the main floor, where the Library catalog and reference materials are located, is open to the public. The Library stacks are open only to members, but non-members may have books delivered to the Reference Room for their use by submitting a call slip (name and address required) at the front desk.
