In an essay she wrote in the fifth grade, Laura Seeger stated with absolute certainty that she was born to make picture books. By that time, she had already written and illustrated her own little library. Over the years, she continued to make books of all shapes and sizes, many of which have since been published. Ms. Seeger has also worked as an animator, artist, and editor in the network television business,
winning an Emmy award for animation.
In this event, Laura Seeger will share some of her recent books and guide participants in creating their own die-cut storybooks.
