Byron Bell has been a Trustee of the New York Society Library since 2000.

BIOGRAPHY:

Byron Bell is senior partner of Bell Larson Architects & Planners and has been designing experimental and cutting- edge public spaces for more than 35 years. Byron acts as architectural advisor for historic landmarks such as the Thomas Cole House in Catskill, NY, the Grolier Club, the Century Association, and the New York Society Library. Byron is also president of the board of the St. Gaudens Memorial in Cornish, NH, a member of the board and head of the facilities committee of the Third Street Music School Settlement, and a long-time board member and past president of the Van Alen Institute, an organization dedicated to the education of students and the furtherance of fine public architecture.
