Jean Parker Phifer has been a Trustee of the New York Society Library since 1992.
BIOGRAPHY:
Jean Parker Phifer, AIA, is an architect and planner who has worked to improve the built environment in New York City for more than twenty years. She co-authored "Perimeter Security: The Aesthetics of Protection," in the definitive reference Building Security: Handbook for Architectural Planning and Design. She also served as President of the Art Commission of the City of New York from 1998-2003.
