I have mentioned in prior communications that we would soon be replacing our fire alarm system. That work will begin on July 29 and will take several months to complete. The first phase of the work will occur after the Library closes each evening, so will have no impact on member or visitor access to the Library.  However, in future phases of the project, certain areas of the building may be periodically inaccessible. We will provide as much notice as possible and expect to do everything we can to minimize disruption throughout the project. 

Please note that the current fire alarm system will remain operational throughout the project.
