Workshop: Women's Leadership in the Creation of Off-Broadway

Wednesday, December 4, 2019 - 6:00 PM | Whitridge Room | open to the public | free of charge | registration required

In the post-World War II Off-Broadway movement, women have played a major leading role, not only as founders of many new companies but also as playwrights, actors, designers, press agents and producers.

The Primary Stages Off-Broadway Oral History Project’s mission is to document the most important artists of this movement.

Join us as we focus on the extraordinary leadership of women in the creation of today’s vibrant Off-Broadway through video clips of our interviews with these visionaries and a panel of guest artists.

This event is co-sponsored with Primary Stages.
