Are you a current member, and do you have a passion for your Library? Join us as we celebrate the NYSL’s 270th anniversary and share your love of our historic building by leading visitor tours.

As a Library tour guide, you'll introduce non-members to the Library's architecture and world-class art collection. You'll share fun facts about the rare books, sculptures, photographs, and other treasures that make our Library unique.

We're looking for friendly, outgoing volunteers who can commit to 2-4 hours a month. We urgently need volunteers on Saturday afternoons, 12:00 – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Whether you have lots of free time or just a few hours a month, we welcome you!
