In this stunning first-ever fully illustrated biography of the legendary E. B. White, Melissa Sweet uses White’s letters, photos, and manuscripts—as well as her original collaged art—to depict the true and fascinating story of one of the most beloved authors of all time.
 
Award-winning author and illustrator Melissa Sweet will share her unique creative process and discuss how she explores her subjects. Ms. Sweet will also teach attendees how to craft their own creative collages.
 
Melissa Sweet has written or illustrated over 100 books including A River of Words: The Story of William Carlos Williams and The Right Word: Roget and His Thesaurus, both of which received Caldecott honors, and Balloons over Broadway.
