Share poetry and snacks with poet and novelist Sarah Porter as you develop your poetic voice in this workshop focused on the unexpected ways we can use figurative language to explore our world. Participants will read famous poems and jump from them into their own imaginative work.

Sarah Porter is a YA author, poet, artist, and teacher whose novels include Lost Voices and Vassa in the Night.
